Meet Your New Construction Buyer's Agents
Roxanne Hale
Roxanne Hale is the Team Lead of Art House, brokered by RealtySouth, and has been working in real estate since 2000 with a career deeply rooted in residential new construction, builder consulting, and sales strategy.
Roxanne began her career in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in new construction and quickly rose to become one of the top-selling professionals for D.R. Horton, the largest publicly traded homebuilder in the United States. During her time selling on-site in San Antonio, she helped more than 1,000 families build and purchase homes and later served as a National Sales Trainer, traveling the country to train sales teams on buyer psychology, neighborhood positioning, floorplan strategy, and effective sales processes.
Over the years, Roxanne has frequently been called upon by builders and developers to diagnose why a neighborhood, product mix, or floorplan lineup wasn’t selling—evaluating everything from pricing and product alignment to on-site sales teams, buyer flow, and marketing strategy. Her experience spans consulting on sales operations, agent performance, community launches, and go-to-market strategy for both small and large builders.
In 2008, Roxanne relocated to Alabama, where she became a qualifying broker and worked across Birmingham, Auburn, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, and Huntsville—opening brokerages, launching communities, and working in virtually every corner of the state. Over her career, she has managed more than 6,000 contracts and mentored over 100 agents, earning a reputation for clarity, candor, and results.
Today, Roxanne works with buyers, sellers, and builders across Alabama—particularly those navigating new construction, custom builds, relocations, and complex transactions. She is a member of the RealtySouth Relocation Team, a leading agent within her firm, and one of Birmingham’s most trusted resources for clients who want straight answers and smart strategy.
Roxanne is deeply involved in the real estate industry through her work with both the Birmingham Association of Realtors and the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders where she has served on the Board of Directors for both, giving her strong ties throughout the brokerage and building communities.
When she’s not working, Roxanne enjoys writing, reading, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her tiny dog—who remains unimpressed by her résumé.
