Roxanne Hale began her real estate career over 25 years ago in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in residential new construction. As one of the top-selling professionals for D.R. Horton, the largest publicly traded homebuilder in the U.S., Roxanne helped over 1,000 families navigate the home-building and purchasing process. She also served as the National Sales Trainer for D.R. Horton, traveling the country to equip real estate professionals with the skills needed to guide their clients to success.

In 2008, Roxanne brought her passion for real estate to Alabama, becoming a qualifying broker across Birmingham, Auburn, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, and Huntsville. Over her career, she has managed more than 5,000 contracts and mentored over 100 agents, earning a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry. Today, as the owner and broker of Art House, Roxanne focuses on teaching and training her dynamic team to provide exceptional service to clients throughout the Birmingham Metro Area.

Beyond real estate, Roxanne is deeply committed to her community. She volunteers at the Outreach Hub in Homewood, distributing food to families in need, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Birmingham Association of Realtors.
